★★★★★ We highly recommend Sarasota Networks. After working with several other companies over the years to install and configure a VPN using Ubiquiti UDM Pro devices, Sarasota Networks was the first company able to fully resolve our issues. They also successfully implemented a failover protection setup that we had been trying to achieve for more than two years. Our company, All Stat Home Health, provides In-Home Nursing assistance to clients in our 7 county service area. Having reliable systems is an absolute necessity. Other companies were either unresponsive or lacked the technical expertise to solve the problem. Franklin and Van were extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. If you need reliable networking, VPN, or failover solutions, we strongly recommend Sarasota Networks.

We installed a Ubiquity Unifi system for WiFi. Beautiful equipment but immediately access points (Upro 7) were behaving erratically, jumping around, starting and re starting over and over. I found Sarasota Networks who in their website said they were Ubiquity installers. Franklin spent quite a bit of time testing all pieces of the system to figure out problem. Franklin even contacted Ubiquity and had them work with us to resolve issues. Making some changes in settings and working with Ubiquity on a firmware correction has made the access points stable. He was always available to discuss issues we observed and to investigate them. The pricing for the work was reasonable considering all the aspects which needed to be reviewed and investigated. Sarasota Networks was willing to spend the time diagnosing the problem instead of just making quick changes.

My wife and I can't say enough nice things about Franklin and Sarasota Networks. From initial conception to final installation, the project was executed with precision, knowledge, and professionalism. We ended up with a superb home network. Franklin when above and beyond the bare requirements of the job, interfacing effectively with the internet provider, and even took care of such mundane things as correctly positioning our big screen TVs and helping us with the audio/video connections and wiring. The job was complicated and a challenge, as we had combined two adjacent condominiums into one winter residence, but Franklin dealt with all the attendant issues quite effectively. He even took the time to patiently answer my questions and update my knowledge of the installation at a level commensurate with my technical competence and understanding. In our opinion, you can't do better than Franklin and Sarasota Networks.

Sarasota Networks did a great job setting up my home network, wi-fi, and new computer! I recently moved to the area and needed a strong home internet connection and new computer system for work. I am really bad with technology so I had no idea what I needed. I chose Sarasota Networks based on the excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. Franklin was able to get to my house quickly and determine what he needed to do. He provided a detailed quote which I accepted and then he did the work well within the timeline we discussed. I'm very happy to have Franklin on my team for any network issues that arise in the future. I highly recommend!!
